You Grow Where You Are Planted - So Choose The Environment Wisely.

We are stuck in a loop, my friend.

Once, my friend gave me a reality check by saying, "If you want to do something, then do it as fast as possible, don't be too late".

In today's generation, we may have all noticed that we follow some bad habits that repeat every day. For instance, after waking up from bed, instead of brushing our teeth, we often open our phone and start consuming YouTube Shorts or other content due to a force of habit. We dislike doing tasks that require a lot of effort, so our body somehow resists doing that work to prevent any problems. Actually, what happens is that our body activates a self-defence system in which our brain stops doing the work that we don't like to do and prefers us to do the work that we like to do, like eating sweets, using social mediaetc.

To fix this problem, we need to adjust our daily habits, improve our environment, and discover our motivations for growth. We had already discussed about the habits we require to change, but today we are going to talk about how we can change the environment for our personal growth.

  • What do we mean by a good environment?
The environment played a crucial role even when we were children because it influences their physical and emotional development through factors like nutrition, safety, and social interactions.

The main environmental elements that have an impact on the development of young children, and look at ways to reduce negative effects while fostering favourable ones, are considered.

  1. Physical Environment
  2. Housing Conditions
  3. Neighbourhood Safety

Now, to be more precise, a good environment doesn't just mean a clear room or a peaceful place. It means the overall atmosphere that helps you become the best version of yourself.

=>A place where you feel mentally safe,
=>People who support your growth,
=>A space that helps you focus,
=>An energy that lifts you instead of breaking you
=>A place that helps you focus,
=>Freedom to grow, not fear to shrink, and
=>Alignment with your goals.

  • How to change your environment for your growth?

If you are in a place where people waste time, are not ambitious and distracted, then even if you want to grow, your habits slowly shift towards the environment. Remember, you become like the people you are around the most. You absorb the energy even without noticing.
Growth needs:-

  • New challenge
  • New people
  • New thinking
  • New Opportunity

Sometimes, the only way to break out of your comfort zone is to change the environment that keeps you stuck.

{ Comfort = No Pressure To Improve }

When you move into a newer environment, you adapt mentally, physically and socially due to which means you see the world differently when the environment changes.

  1. { Adaptation = Growth }
  2. { Wider Environment = Bigger Growth }

Even sometimes your environment affects your emotional energy,
SOME PLACES DRAIN YOU,
SOME PLACES INSPIRE YOU.
Your energy is everything-without it, no growth is possible. If your environment feels tired, trapped, unmotivated, and/or unhappy, it becomes difficult to grow, too.

Conclusion:-

From this, we could easily understand what we have to do to change our environment, and what a good environment is to break the loop that we repeat every day. I hope you like my content if you read until far. Please tell me, did you like it or not? And please follow for more if you like it. Thanks A Lot.

And remember one thing

" Today is the day to change everything. "

INTRODUCTION:- Miyamoto Musashi   (1583 - 13 June 1645) was a philosopher, strategist, artist, writer, and a renowned swordsman in Japan, and remains so to this day. Today I am talking about this person because I want you all to learn from him some of the very important things that I appreciate in him the most. The most important thing I want to ask you is what do you think is the most important thing to WIN? Most people will say some heavy words like a calm mind, consistency, discipline, becoming a master of a skill or finding a purpose or motive to do something. Yes indeed, they are very, very important, but they can't assure a proper win against your opponents. According to me, the most important thing to win in anything is to be unpredictable at every move because most people can become calm, consistent, etc., to chase their dreams, but when you become unpredictable, it's impossible to understand your next move. I will give you the reason why I am saying this, just stay w...

Your Are Your Habits - How Small Daily Actions Shape You.

Self-improvement is a long journey that  is to be followed consistently. When we talk about self-improvement, what comes to mind first  is that we have to make a strict routine. And then we have to  follow it very strictly, like going to the gym every day,  developing a top-notch Communication skill, or going to the  doctor for a full head-to-toe check-up, which could be very  expensive sometimes. But what if I say we don't need to do this  at the very start of our journey? Then you will ask me, "What  should we do then?" Let me explain to you a very simple thing: "When you do a simple task daily or take small steps daily  towards your respective goals, that is how you start". Some of  the very popular authors or philosophers also say that,  like  James Clear  says in his book Atomic Habits : " He emphasises the "power of continuous improvement," stating that getting just 1% better every day results in being 37 times bette...
