We are stuck in a loop, my friend.
Once, my friend gave me a reality check by saying, "If you want to do something, then do it as fast as possible, don't be too late".
In today's generation, we may have all noticed that we follow some bad habits that repeat every day. For instance, after waking up from bed, instead of brushing our teeth, we often open our phone and start consuming YouTube Shorts or other content due to a force of habit. We dislike doing tasks that require a lot of effort, so our body somehow resists doing that work to prevent any problems. Actually, what happens is that our body activates a self-defence system in which our brain stops doing the work that we don't like to do and prefers us to do the work that we like to do, like eating sweets, using social media, etc.
To fix this problem, we need to adjust our daily habits, improve our environment, and discover our motivations for growth. We had already discussed about the habits we require to change, but today we are going to talk about how we can change the environment for our personal growth.
- What do we mean by a good environment?
- How to change your environment for your growth?
If you are in a place where people waste time, are not ambitious and distracted, then even if you want to grow, your habits slowly shift towards the environment. Remember, you become like the people you are around the most. You absorb the energy even without noticing.
Growth needs:-
- New challenge
- New people
- New thinking
- New Opportunity
Sometimes, the only way to break out of your comfort zone is to change the environment that keeps you stuck.
{ Comfort = No Pressure To Improve }
When you move into a newer environment, you adapt mentally, physically and socially due to which means you see the world differently when the environment changes.
- { Adaptation = Growth }
- { Wider Environment = Bigger Growth }
